We recommend to taste duck roasted in lard, goose pate, butter-fried crayfish, Mennonite cauldron, royal meatballs… and for vegans, vegetables potato cake and a cheese board with Werderkäse cheese matured on the basis of a recreated 40-year-old recipe.
